Trimango

For developers

Everything you need to connect your website to Trimango: the Site API, webhooks, partner embeds and tm.js.

Authentication

Every request carries a client identity. The Trimango team creates the client in the platform console; the secret is shown once, at creation.

  • Authorization: Basic base64(client_id:client_secret)
  • The key never reaches the browser; all calls are made from your website's server
  • Connection check: GET /site returns the agency name
GET /api/public/v1/site
Authorization: Basic <client_id:client_secret>

200 OK
{ "name": "Ege Tatil Evleri", "api_version": "1", … }

Rate limits and caching

1,200 requests per minute per client. GET responses carry an ETag; unchanged responses return 304.

  • Over the limit: 429 with Retry-After
  • Conditional requests with If-None-Match
  • The visitor's IP is passed in the X-Visitor-IP header

Endpoints

There's an endpoint family for every screen of the website.

  • Catalogue, villa detail and calendar
  • Quotes and batch quotes
  • Content, SEO and redirects
  • Booking requests, lookup and payments
  • Guest sign-in (phone and code) and "My bookings"
  • Reviews, favourites and price watch
  • "Describe it, we'll find it" and "Ask this villa"
  • Call codes, video call appointments, short links

Webhooks

When a price, availability, villa or content changes, your website receives a signed notification and refreshes its cache.

  • Events: availability, price, villa, content, reference
  • HMAC-SHA256 signed, with the timestamp inside the signature; changes are batched for 5 seconds
  • Delivery history and "Resend" in the console
POST https://yoursite.com/api/trimango/revalidate
X-Trimango-Event-Type: availability
X-Trimango-Timestamp: 1760518800
X-Trimango-Signature: sha256=5d41…

{ "type": "availability", "villas": [ { "slug": "villa-defne" } ] }

Partner embeds and tm.js

Give partners cookie-free pages they embed with an iframe. tm.js is added to your site with one line and runs with visitor consent.

  • Embed pages are measured with a separate tracking key
  • tm.js events go to Trimango through your site's /tm/* path
  • Without consent, the browser sends no events

Write to us through the demo form for the connection guide and a test client.
